Our Job Training and Placement Program (JTPP) is innovative in its
approach as it is the only program in the Worcester County area
that identifies, acknowledges and creates a training methodology
that is sensitive to the needs of our minority constituency.
On a quarterly
basis, the JTPP currently offers a culturally sensitive
pre-employment training workshop, taught by instructors that respect
the student body. Topics included in the workshop are: The
Difference in Mindsets; Preparing to Get a job on Venus; Exploring
the New Frontier; Staking your Claim; Tapping the Goldmine.
