The
shared resources the Center provides
The
Martin Luther King, Jr. Business Empowerment Center serves as an
incubator designed to help small businesses grow by providing
affordable office space and shared resources. Copiers,
printers, phones, and fax machines can cost thousands, as can
building maintenance and repairs. Big corporations have
office managers to take care of these things, but small
businesses don’t, nor do they have the budget to afford these
necessities on their own. That’s where we can help. The
shared resources the Center provides can save start-up tenants
big bucks. The Center has a full time management company
that deals with the facilities and tenant relations, we also
provide administration support staff who helps nurture new
businesses.
